1. Worldwide Delivery

GameProd Store offers worldwide delivery using trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, DPD, Royal Mail, and other reputable carriers. Delivery times depend on location:

• UK: 1–2 days
• Europe: 3–5 days
• North America: 4–7 days
• Rest of the World: 7–10 days

Import taxes or duties may apply based on local laws. These must be paid to the courier before goods are released.

2. Standard Delivery

• We ship orders received by 1:00 PM the same day if items are in stock.
• Estimated delivery for non-stock or lead-time items will be quoted at purchase.
• If we cannot meet quoted delivery times, you will be notified and offered a full refund if necessary.
• We recommend using a business or home address for delivery.

3. UK Delivery Policy

• A signature is required for delivery.
• If delivery is missed, a card will be left with collection or re-delivery instructions. Re-delivery may incur a charge.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur redelivery fees.

4. Damaged Goods

Inspect packages upon delivery. Do not accept tampered or damaged items. Contact us immediately at info@gameprod.store or +44 7877 460065. Signing for damaged goods removes our ability to claim replacements from the courier.

5. Non-Delivery or Shortages

If not all items are received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or callback. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

1. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the same conditions as standard returns.

6. Refunds

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
